摘要
采用碱提酸沉的方法对黍糠中的木聚糖进行提取,研究碱液浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间对木聚糖得率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取条件为温度80℃,NaOH浓度0.20 mol/L,料液比1∶25,提取时间2.5 h。在此条件下,提取得到黍糠中的木聚糖粗品得率可达到11.30%。
In this paper, the xylan from the bran ofpanicum miliaceum is extracted with the method of alkali-extraction and acid-precipitation. The effect of alkali concentration, solid/liquid ratio, temperature and extraction time on the extraction efficiency of xylan is investigated. The optimum extraction conditions are determined as follows： temperature 80 ℃ , alkali concentration 0.20 mol/L, solid/liquid ratio 1 ： 25, and extraction time 2.5 h. Under the optimized conditions, the extractions of the bran ofpanicum miliaceum give rise to an average xylan recovery of 11.30%.
