摘要
从窨制方法、窨次、窨花时间方面,探讨柑橘花茶窨制的最佳方法。结果表明:柑橘花茶窨制采用茶箱拌匀窨制效果较好,柑橘花茶窨制采用二窨一提品质尚佳,柑橘花茶窨制采用头窨时间为10 h的花茶品质为最优。
From 3 aspects such as scenting flower method, scenting times and scenting flower time,the best scenting method of citrus scented tea was explorded.The results showed that the effect was the best by tea chest mixing scenting,the quality was good by two scentings one extraction,the quality was the best by one scenting for 10 hours.
