摘要
建立包括非线性支撑刚度、时变齿轮啮合刚度、阻尼、齿侧间隙等变量的直升机面齿轮分扭传动系统模型对系统均载性能进行分析,并引入当量齿轮误差啮合原理将系统加工、安装所引起的误差进行综合考虑,误差是影响面齿轮分扭传动系统的主要因素,通过浮动支撑方法可以使传动系统均载性能提高,且提高单个误差对传动系统均载影响的影响不明显。
The mathematical models of the variable includes nonlinear support stiffness, time - varying meshing stiffness, damping, gear backlash, etc are established to analyze the load sharing performance of the helicopter face gear split torque transmission system, and the equivalent gear meshing error principle is used to considering the error caused by system process and installation. The result shows that, the main influence factor on the face gear split torque transmission system is error, and the system load sharing performance can be improved through floating shaft support, and the effect of decreasing single error on system load sharing performance is not obvious.
