摘要
膜片弹簧对离合器工作特性有重要作用。运用膜片弹簧理论计算公式,分析影响其负荷特性的主要结构敏感因素;基于非线性有限元方法,建立膜片弹簧有限元模型,并计算膜片弹簧工作过程中的应力变化情况和负荷特性曲线。通过分析有限元计算结果与理论公式结果和实验结果之间的误差;验证有限元分析结果更贴近实验结果,为设计提供参考。
The diaphragm spring is important to the working characteristic of clutch. The impact factor of main structure sensitive factor on load characteristics is analyzed through using the A - L formula. On the base of nonlinear FEM, the finite element model of diaphragm spring is established. The results of the stress changes in the working pro- cess and load characteristics curve are calculated. Through analysis the error of the results of theoretical formula, finite element analysis and experimental results, the finite element analysis results have been found closer to the experimental results. A reference for the design is provided.
