介绍我国能源规划现状,分析制定能源规划的必要性,探讨能源规划的编制原则和方法,提出了深化能源规划作用的建议。
The present situation of energy planning in China is introduced, and the necessity of formulating energy planning is analyzed. The principles and methods of compiling energy planning are discussed, and suggestions for deepening the role of energy planning are put forward.
