摘要 换热器管束在使用过程中,由于各种原因会造成腐蚀穿孔,引起介质泄漏,因此需要进行定期检验。针对换热器管束的检验,提出了在用换热器铁磁性钢管的远场涡流检测技术,主要包括远场涡流检测原理、探头选择、试样制备、检测仪器及操作条件等。最后通过现场检测和对缺陷的解剖验证,表明该方法能快速、有效地实现换热器管束的检测,并有助于准确评估换热管的使用寿命,以便及时采取措施,保证装置的安全运行。 The tube bundle of the heat exchanger may encounter corrosion perforation due to different causes in the service,leading to leakage of the medium. In order to avoid the occurrence of any leakage accident,regular inspections of the tube bundle are required. The method of remote field eddy current tests is presented for regular inspections of the inservice ferro-magnetic heat exchanger tubes. According to the conditions of field tests,the theory of remote field eddy current testing,the detector,the testing instrument and the suggested testing rules are shown. By investigating the site application and anatomizing the defects,it is shown that the method is fast and effective. It is helpful to evaluate the service life of a heat-exchanger tubing accurately,so that measures can be taken in time to ensure the safe operation of the devices.
