An Exploration and Practice of Tutorial System for Small Professionals in Open Education

摘要 近年来,开放教育小专业日益增多,生源结构日趋复杂、个性差异增大,传统的教学模式已不能满足小专业教学管理的需要,因此有必要创新教育教学管理模式,引入导师制就更具有现实的迫切性和必要性。本文在阐述导师制内涵的基础上,对如何构建行之有效的导师制模式提出了个人的设想,并结合自身工作的实践进行了探讨。 Small professional teaching is an important factor affecting the success of open and distance education. In recent years, there are more and more small professionals in open education, which makes the student structure more complex and individual differ- ences increasing. The traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of teaching management professional. Therefore it is necessary to innovate teaching new management model, the urgency and necessity has the more practical implementation of tutor system. Based on the elaboration of the connotation of tutorial system, the article puts forward personal ideas on how to build effective tutorial system model and explores it based on my own practice.
