摘要
对高温合金的稳态蠕变 ,利用位错扩散攀移理论解释了空位凝聚和空洞形核的过程 ,得出空位凝聚并形成空位集团主要是由于位错攀移所发射 (湮没 )空位 ,引起局部空位浓度异常所致 .利用R .Lagneborg的稳态蠕变控制方程导出稳态蠕变空洞形核的临界时间tc 的表达式 .
In this paper the process of vacancy condensation and nucleation is explained by the theory of diffuse dislocation climb for steady creep of alloy in high temperature. It is provided that vacancy condensation and the form of vacancy group are mainly caused by the abnormal vacancy chroma which caused by dislocation climb. An expression of critical nucleation time T c of steady creep is gained using Lagneborg s control equation of steady creep.
