摘要
湘资沅澧四水流域中上游区是湖南省水土流失最集中 ,面积广 ,强度大的地区 .在分析本区水土流失特点及成因的基础上 ,提出了水土保持的有效措施 ,以推动湖南水土保持工作向纵深发展 。
The soil and water erosion has the charactenstic of the most concentration, broad area and extreme extent in the upper and middle reaches of four rivers in Hunan Province. Based on the analysis of the characteristic and cause of formation of soil and water erosion in te affluent area. The effective way of soil and water conservation is put forward. And this can imped the work of the soil and water conservation in Hunan and realize the sustainable use of soil and water resources.
