摘要
提出了一种新颖的混合模式CCII滤波器模型电路 .由该模型电路可以得到同时实现一阶低通、高通输出的滤波器及同时实现二阶低通、带通输出的滤波器 .一阶滤波器由 2个CCII器件及 4个RC元件构成 ,二阶滤波器由 2个CCII及 5个RC元件构成 .与同类电路比较 ,所用CCII器件较少 ,固有频率ω0 与品质因数Q独立可调 .电路中所有RC元件均接地 ,便于集成 ,CCII由CMOS器件构成 ,与VLSI工艺兼容 .文中给出了电路的计算机PSPICE仿真结果 .
The paper presents a novel mixed-mode CCII filter configuration circuit,from which a filter with first-order lowpass,highpass outputs and a filter with second-order lowpass,bandpass outputs are obtained.The first filter is constructed by two CCIIs and four RC elements, and the second filter is constructed by two CCIIs and five RC elements. Compared with similar circuits [5,7] ,the circuit has fewer CCIIs and the nature frequency ω 0 and quality Q can be adjusted independently. The RC elements are grounded,being integrated conveniently. The CCIIs composed by CMOS components are compatible with VLSI technology. The computer PSPICE imitating results are also given.
