高校图书馆用人机制存在五大障碍是 :一、认识的误区———决策者认识未到位 ,缺乏吸引外部人才的待遇和机制。二、导向偏差———管理上重物轻人 ,馆员缺乏脱颖而出的有力的政策和良好的环境。三、管理失衡———聘任制有名无实 ,缺乏真正意义上竞争上岗和激励机制。四、价值取向功利化———图书馆工作效益的特殊性 ,缺乏可量化评判 ,淡化模糊工作人员成就感。五。
There are 5 kinds of barries of employment system in university libraries. Firstly the wrong understanding-policy makers congnition isn't fit for the situation, he goes short of treatment and system which is used to attract the external talent. Secondly the deviation of leading——they manage their library with the thing above the person.The library lacks strong policies and good environment for talent showing itself. Thirdly the imbalance in management-the engagement system is in name but not in reality. The engagement and the encouragement are not real engagement and cncouragement. Fourthly value intention of utility——there in no comparable judgement because of the particularity of the librarian. Fifthly the system defect.
