摘要
针对空冷凝汽器运行条件及空冷机组的停用保护适应性,设计了保护剂的性能评价试验装置及方法。通过研究保护剂的耐蚀性和保护膜的电化学阻抗谱,获得了两种保护效果良好的直接空冷机组停用保护剂及最佳使用量,且保护剂对凝汽器树脂的性能没有显著影响。
A performance evaluation device of protective agents was designed based on operation and lay-up conditions of air-cooled condensers (ACCs). The anti-corrosion performance of protection agents were tested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Two kinds of protection agents for layup of air-cooled condensers and the optimum contents were obtained. The two protection agents were harmless to ion exchange resin performance.
