摘要
个性化教学以"珍视群体中的每一个人"为基本价值追求,既是对我国因材施教思想的弘扬,又是对班级授课制下"划一性"教学的冲击与挑战。学校在推进个性化教学改革的实践探索中,以"教材单元"设计的改进和创新为突破口,通过比较研究与行动研究相结合的路径方法,从宏观层面的优化单元内容结构,到中观层面的优化单元教学计划,再到微观层面的优化课堂教学结构,有效地推进了个性化教学改革试验,取得了阶段性的研究成果,满足了学生个性发展的需要。
Individualized teaching, in pursuit of the fundamental value of "cherishing every member in a group", is the development and promotion of the thinking of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" in China, as well as an impact and a challenge to the "uniform teaching" under the system of classroom teaching. During the school's practice and exploration in promoting individualized teaching reform, with the improvement and innovation of the unit design for textbooks as a breakthrough, tests on individualized teaching reform are promoted effectively with its content ranging from the optimization of the unit structure at the macro level to the optimization of unit teaching plan at the intermediate level and then to the optimization of classroom teaching structure at the micro level, and research findings based on stage are gained, which meets the needs of students in their personality development.
