摘要
针对餐厨垃圾预处理产生的浆料,利用机械生物反应器(JSR)对其进行中试规模的减量化处理研究。在温度为30~35℃的条件下,采用厌氧出水对浆料进行淋洗及浸泡接种,当淋洗量为1.0m^3/(m^3·d)时,淋滤液的COD、VFA、TN、TS、VS/TS值逐渐降低,2d左右基本稳定,而NH3 - N和pH值逐渐升高。JSR设备对浆料的减量效果较好,经过3d的处理,干质量减量率达到了74.6%,减量化程度为:蛋白质〉淀粉〉纤维素,出渣烘干后的热值为12 171J/g,适合焚烧处置,而淋滤液可以进行后续厌氧消化处理。
The pilot-scale reduction of pulp from food waste pretreatment system was conducted using the mechanical biological reactor. The pulp was inoculated by leaching and soaking in the anaerobic effluent at temperature of 30 to 35℃. When the leaching rate was 1.0 m3/(m^3 ·d), COD, VFA, TN, TS and VS/TS were reduced and stabilized after 2 d, but NH3 - N and pH were increased. Pulp reduction was effective after 3 d, the reduction rate of the dry weight was 74.6%. The reduction effectiveness could be ranked by: protein 〉 starch 〉 cellulose. The dried residues were suitable for incineration disposal due to their calorific value of 12 171 J/g while the leaching solution could be treated by the subsequent anaerobic digestion system.
