摘要
目的：观察祛瘀化痰方对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血液流变学的作用。方法：采用维生素D3结合高脂饲料法建立大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,经药物治疗8周后,取腹主动脉血测定血液流变学相关指标。结果：与模型对照组比较,祛瘀化痰方两个剂量组能显著降低血细胞比容（P〈0.001）,也能降低两个剂量组的血浆黏度和全血黏度的水平（P〈0.05～P〈0.001）,对高剂量组血浆纤维蛋白原含量也能明显降低（P〈0.05）,对血小板聚集有明显降低趋势,但无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：祛瘀化痰方可改善动脉粥样硬化大鼠血液流变学异常,阻止动脉粥样硬化病变发展。
Objective： To observe the effect of Quyu Huatan Decoction on hemorrheology in atherosclerosis rats. Methods ： The atherosclerosis model in rats was established by feeding with vitamin D2 and rich fat food, and hemorrheolo- gy was measured from abdominal aortic blood of atherosclerosis rats after treating 8 weeks. Result ： In both Quyu Huatan Decoction groups,hematocrit values were significantly lower than that of model control group （ P 〈0.001 ）. Plasma vis- cosity and whole blood viscosity were significantly lower than that of model control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Plas- ma fibrinogen of higher dosage group was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Platelet aggregation seemed to be lower com- pared with model control group, but there was no significant （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Quyu Huatan Decoction can treat abnormal hemorrheology of atherosclerosis in rats to prevent the development of atherosclerotic pathological changes.
