摘要
目的探讨三维超声在胎儿骨骼畸形中的诊断价值。方法对32例骨骼畸形胎儿采用二维及三维超声进行对比检查、分析,比较其诊断结果。结果本组32例共17种胎儿骨骼畸形中颅骨缺如最多,占25.00%;其次是脊柱裂占15.63%;三维超声检出率明显高于二维超声,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论三维超声在胎儿骨骼畸形诊断中明显优于二维超声,对胎儿骨骼畸形诊断有重要的临床价值,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three dimensional ultrasound on fetal skeletal malformation. Methods The 32 cases with fetal skeletal malformation were detected by two - dimension and three di- mensional ultrasound, the diagnostic value was evaluated. Results The skull congenital absence in the fetal skeletal malformation was most and the rate was 25.00% , and the next was micromelia and rachischisis, and the rate was 15.63%. The detection rate of three dimensional ultrasound on fetal skeletal malformation was more than that of two - dimensions (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic value of three dimensional ultrasound on fetal skeletal mal- formation is obviously higher than that of two dimensional, so it is more important and worth being used.
