摘要
改革办学模式是开放大学建设的核心内容,在建设开放大学中具有全局性意义。当前电大正处在向开放大学转型的过程中,应对不符合发展、不适应变化的办学模式进行改革,探索出充满生机活力、更加开放灵活的"一体两翼双驱动"办学模式,以新的办学模式为开放大学注入生机和活力,开启新的航程。
Reforming a school's operation mode is the key to constructing the Open University. It is necessary to remedy those school operational practices that no longer accommodate the development of changing time, when the TV University is undergoing the transformation into the Open University. It is necessary to explore a novel model of one organism driven by dual engines, which is opener, more fl exible and dynamic to invigorate the Open University, which is embarking on a renewed course of further development.
