摘要
目前中国航班延误现象较为普遍,航班延误后乘客行为和心理研究是航班延误现象研究的重要组成部分。现有研究相对较少,对于航班延误后乘客行为选择的研究尚未出现。为了研究乘客在航班延误后行为选择的影响因素,采用调查法,并结合Logit模型,发现自费与否、出行人数、对航空公司品牌看重程度和航班延误告知与否4个因素对于航班延误后乘客行为选择的影响最为显著。同时,结合分析结果,为航空公司制定经营战略提供参考。
Abstract: At present, the flight delay phenomena of China are relatively common, the passengers' behavioral and psychological research is an important part of the flight delay research. The existing relatively research is little, and the flight delay passengers' behavior choice after the research has not appeared yet. In order to find the key factors that impact the behaviors of human and according to the survey procedure, four important factors which are whether at passenger' own expense, the travel size, the degree of airline company brand value and flight delay announcement. At the same time, according to the analysis results, the research can give advice to the airline business strategy. Key words: flight delay; behavior choice; Logit model
