摘要
通过实验考察了低温等离子体对稠油废水处理后再蒸发对所得蒸馏水品质的作用。结果表明,低温等离子体在降低蒸馏水的油含量、SiO2含量、电导率和金属离子含量等方面有明显的效果;当低温等离子体放电频率为500s-1时,油含量降低幅度达到31.9%。阻垢剂也能降低稠油废水和所得蒸馏水的油含量,但是将低温等离子体和阻垢剂联合使用,会使蒸馏水的油含量和金属离子含量升高,其中油含量的增幅达到50.7%。
The treatment effect of non-thermal plasma for viscous oil wastewater and the quality of obtained distilled water were investigated by experiments. The results showed that non-thermal plasma treatment could play a positive role in reducing oil content, SiO2 content, conductivity and metal ion contents of distilled water. When discharge frequency of non-thermal plasma was 500 s-1, reduction of oil content in distilled water reached 31.9%. Scale inhibitor could also drop oil content of viscous oil wastewater and its distilled water, however, combination use of non-thermal plasma and scale inhibitor increased the oil content and metal ion contents of distilled water, and the increase of oil content reached 50.7%.
