基于DSP+CPLD的飞机发电机控制器设计

摘要 为了更有效地提供飞机供电系统的质量,满足先进飞机对实时性和可靠性的要求,利用DSP+CPLD设计一种数字式的飞机发电机控制器,完成BIT、故障隔离、数据采集、控制保护、ARINC429和CAN通信等功能,增加了软件在线升级功能。DSP主要完成复杂的电压调节控制算法、数据采集和GCU管理等任务;CPLD实现DSP与ARINC429之间的译码和电平转换功能。经试验验证:所设计的控制器达到了设计要求指标,运行稳定、可靠,可方便实现软件在线升级。 In order to improve the quality of the power supply system and meet the real-time and reliability requirements for advanced aircraft,a digital aircraft generator controller is designed by using DSP and CPLD. Many functions are completed,suth as BIT,fault isolation,data acquisition,controller protection,ARINC429 and CAN communications,online software update.The complex voltage regulator control algorithm,data acquisition and GCU management tasks are mainly realized by DSP.The code and the electronic level conversion between DSP and ARINC429 are completed by CPLD.The test results validate that the proposed controller meets the design requirements such that this system is running stable and reliable,the online software upgrade is easily realized.
