摘要
报道了用廉价的次氯酸钠作为氯醇化试剂来合成米非司酮关键中间体氯醇化物的新方法,并对工艺进行优化,改进后的工艺收率较高,成本较低,适合工业化生产。
A new method was reported for synthesis of the key intermediate of mifepristone by using cheap sodium hypochlorite as chlorohydrin reagents. And the synthetic process was optimized. The improved process which had high yield and low cost was suitable for industrialized production.
