摘要
深水表层钻井不仅面临着浅层流、浅层气等浅层地质灾害风险,而且还要解决地层薄弱带来的窄压力窗口钻井难题。采用动态压井钻井技术精确控制井底压力,是解决这些问题的技术发展方向。通过近5年的技术攻关,成功研制了深水表层钻井动态压井装置,包括快速混浆装置和井下压力温度测量装置,并已在我国南海第1口深水井LW6-1-1井的领眼井中进行成功应用试验。实钻结果表明:所研制的动态压井装备性能稳定,测量数据能够真实反映钻井工况,各项指标均达到或超过国外同类产品水平,实现了深水表层钻井关键技术的突破,对我国南海深水油气田的开发具有长远的意义。
Deep water top-hole drilling operation not only faces the shallow geological disaster risk, such as shallow water flow, shallow gas, etc. , but also the difficulty of narrow drilling pressure window led by weak formation. Using dynamic killing techniques to control bottom-hole pressure accurately is a technical development direction to solve these problems. A set of dynamic killing units for deep water top-hole drilling has be developed successfully through nearly five years research, mainly including rapid mud mixing device and down hole pressure and temperature measurement in- strument, and has been applied and tested success- fully in drilling of pilot hole of the first deep water well LW6-1-1 in the South China Sea, The real drilling results show that the performance of the dynamic killing unit is stable, the measured data can reflect actual drilling conditions, the operation- al indexes of the unit has reached or exceeded the level of similar foreign products, and the break- through has been made in key technologies o{ deep water top-hole drilling, which has long-term sig- nificance for the development of deep water oil and gas fields in the South China Sea.
