摘要
以高速钢复合轧辊为研究对象,建立了连铸过程中的传热数学模型,利用计算机仿真软件Fluent模拟了辊芯移出预热线圈、辊芯表面附近、移出补热坩埚和水冷铸型几种情况的温度场分布,为连铸复合工艺的优化提供了可靠参考。
Taking high speed steel compound roll as research object, a mathematical model of heat transfer in continuous casting process was established, the several temperature fields of the roll core from preheating coil, near surface, the roll core from heating crucible and water-cooling cast mould were simulated by computer simulation software Fluent, which provides a reliable reference for optimization of continuous casting process.
