摘要
学习贯彻中共十八大精神,价格工作要把改善民生作为重点,积极发挥价格工作职能作用,着力解决阻碍民生改善的价格问题。重点是:管理好通货膨胀预期,确保市场价格总水平基本稳定,强化价格监测预警,加强涉及民生的价格收费监管,建立低收入群体价格保障机制,加大对市场价格行为的监管力度。
Under the guidance of the spirit of 18th Party Congress, price work should focus on improving people＇s liveli- hood, play an active functional role of price work, and save no efforts on resolving problems obstructing the improvement of people＇s livelihood. Following areas should be emphasized： manage inflation expectations, ensure the basic stability of general price level, enhance the price monitoring and early warning system, and strengthen supervision of livelihood-related charges.
