永磁同步电机电感参数测量系统的设计与分析

摘要 基于稳态电压方程,提出一种永磁同步电机直交轴电感参数的工程化测量方法。首先利用功率分析仪测量电机相电压,消除逆变器内部IGBT导通压降及PWM信号死区的影响,并通过定子电阻、永磁体磁链与温度关系的测量,消除温度的影响,然后利用单片机对电机相电压、电流及位置信号进行同步采样,计算d-q轴电压和电流,最后通过稳态电压方程获取电感参数。试验结果表明:该方法消除了IGBT导通压降、死区及温度等因素对测量结果的影响,它能够准确测量不同电流幅值和磁饱和情况下直交轴电感参数,而且适用于不同结构的永磁同步电机。 Based on the steadystate voltage equation, an engineering dq axis inductances measurement method was put forward for permanent magnet synchronous motors. First, the line voltage was measured through the power analyzer to eliminate the influence of PWM signal deadtime and forward voltage drop of IGBT, and the temperature dependence of both the stator resistance and the flux linkage were measured to e liminate the influence of temperature. Then, the microeontroller sampled the voltage, current and position signal synchronously and calculated the dq axis voltage and current. Finally, the dq axis inductances were computed from the steadystate voltage equation. The experimental results illustrate the method eliminates the impact of voltage drop of IGBT, PWM signal deadtime and temperature. It can accurately measure the dq axis inductances under the different current and magnetic saturation, and can be applied to different structure permanent magnet synchronous motor.
