摘要
将实验室团队创新及团队创新能力相关的理论研究成果应用于高校重点实验室团队创新能力的分析中,在对其综合水平评价的基础上进行关联分析,结合调研数据,系统地分析了高校重点实验室团队创新能力的相关影响因素与团队创新能力的关联性水平,并针对关联度较高的影响因素提出了提高高校团队创新能力的意见与建议。
Using the research achievements from the related theory of the lab team innovation and the team innovation ability into the analysis of the lab innovation ability in key labs of eolleges and univei'sities, based on the related analysis of the evaluation of the comprehensivle level, combining the investigated data, this paper systematically analyses the influence "factors and the 'related lie*eel o the key lab re'am in colleges and universities, and aiming at the high correlation factors, this paper puts forwai^d the opinions and suggestions of improving the team innovative abilities in colleges and universities.
