摘要
采用理想弹塑性有限元法,借助ANSYS对承受内压的大开孔焊制异径三通的极限载荷进行了模拟计算,并运用零曲率准则、双切线交点准则及两倍弹性斜率准则求取结构的极限压力。此外,还计算了主管和支管在不同厚度下的极限内压,对大开孔异径三通的设计计算提供参考。
By using ANSYS, numerical simulation of limit load was carried out based on ideal elastic-plastic finite element method for large opening welded tee with different diameter. With zero-curvature criteria, double tangent intersection standard and twice elastic slope principle, the limit load for this structure was calculated. Otherwise, the limit internal pressures for the condition that host pipe and branch have different thicknesses were also calculated. What presented herein can be referenced for the design of large opening welded tee with different diameter.
