员工参与、薪酬公平感对劳资关系气氛的影响实证 被引量:3

摘要 中国转型期劳资关系面临严峻考验,员工参与管理作为缓解劳资关系气氛的一种形式,越来越得到企业重视。选取中国文化背景下的企业员工为调查对象,通过企业员工参与和劳资关系气氛的实证分析,从信息共享、组织认同和组织授权等员工参与的深度层面探讨其对劳资关系气氛的影响,并且引入薪酬公平感为调节变量,得出结论:员工参与的各维度与劳资关系气氛的各维度部分相关,薪酬公平感对员工参与和劳资关系气氛之间的关系具有部分调节作用。在企业实施员工参与管理模式中,一方面要重视员工参与,建立员工参与管理机制,另一方面要注重薪酬公平感在管理实践中的应用。
