辨证取穴治疗原发性高脂血症的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过临床观察针刺对原发性高脂血症患者的总血脂水平的调节作用,探讨临床针刺抗高脂血症的治疗作用及辨证取穴规律。方法将126例患者随机分为3组,以辨证取穴组44例,普通针刺组40例为研究组,以血脂康为药物对照组42例,治疗30 d后,统计疗效。观察指标分别为血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),采用酶法测定。结果针刺辨证取穴组可有效降低TC、LDL-C、TG水平,升高HDL-C水平。其降脂效果与药物对照组相当,优于普通针刺组;辨证取穴组与普通针刺组、药物对照组的治疗效果有显著差异,以辨证取穴组、药物对照组效果为优(P<0.05)。辨证取穴组与药物对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺辨证取穴组可有效降低血清总血脂水平,针刺辨证取穴组对脂质及脂蛋白的代谢都具有良好的调整作用。 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of acupuncture based on syn- drome differentiation on total blood fat level in hyperlipemia patients, and to explore its mechanism and rules of selecting acu-points based on syndrome differentiation. Methods 126 patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into 3 groups: 44 patients in the main and coordination points based on syndrome differentiation group(MCPSG), 40 patients in main points group(MPG) and 42 patients in control group given Xuezhi Kang(XZKCG). After 30 days the therapeutic effects were investigated. The indexes including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipopro- tein cholesterol (HDL) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) were tested by enzymic method. Results In MCPSG, TC, LDL-C and TG reduced and HDL increased significantly. The effects of reducing fat in MCPSG were as the same as those in the controls and better than those of MPG. The therapeutic effects in MCPSG and XZKCG were better than in MPG; the differences had statis- tic significances (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences between MCPSG and XZKCG (P〉0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation can effectively reduce total blood fat levels and adjust metabolism of lipids and lipoproteins.
