摘要
通过建立城市低碳交通拥挤收费系统动力学模型,描述各因素之间的相互影响关系,并对该模型进行参数估计和模拟仿真,研究结果发现,在低碳交通背景下,根据小汽车的不同碳排放水平实施拥挤收费政策后,不但城市人口的过快增长得到有效抑制,城市公共交通服务水平也明显提高,对缓解交通拥堵和改善城市空气质量都明显起到了积极的作用。
The author describes the interaction relationship between the various factors and estimates and simulates the model through the establishment of a low carbon city traffic congestion charging system dynamics model. In the background of low car- ben trafflc,the results show that not only the city population growth was restrained and city public traffic service level is im- proved according to different levels of carbon emissions car congestion pricing policy. This plays a positive role in reducing traf- fic congestion and improving air quality in city.
