摘要
针对带孔三棱镜的技术特点,提出了孔的三阶段加工法,采用先孔后面的工艺流程,进行了带孔三棱镜的加工试验研究。试验结果表明,基于该工艺技术加工出了合格工件,其中孔的内表面的表面粗糙度为Ra0.134μm,孔口崩边尺寸<0.3mm×0.4mm,孔的直线度为0.008mm,解决了高精度微小斜孔加工的难题,具有极高的推广价值。
According to the characteristics of perforated prism, the paper brought forward three stage processing meth- ods of hole, taking first hole second plate as process procedure, studied the machining experiment of perforated prism. The results showed that by using the process, the hole surface roughness reached to Ra0. 134,orifice edge collapse was less than 0.3 min×13.4 mm, the hole straightness were 13. 13138μm, it has solved the problem of high precision machining small and inclined hole and has a high value of popularization.
