摘要
钢厂冷轧废油作为一种危险废物,处理费用昂贵,但是通过厌氧消化处理,可将废油转化为普通污泥,同时可产生宝贵的沼气能源。试验以北京科技大学化粪池污泥作为接种污泥,研究了不同接种比(接种物/底物ISR:20/80,40/60,60/40,80/20)条件下,钢厂冷轧废油的中温厌氧发酵产甲烷潜能。另设只添加接种污泥的组作对照。消化过程中监测各组产气量、气体成分、发酵液的pH和总挥发性脂肪酸/总碱度(TVFA/TA)等指标的变化。试验证明:通过厌氧消化处理此废油同时产生高质量的沼气是可行的,废油的沼气产率和甲烷潜能均随接种比的增加而增加,其中ISR为80/20时,甲烷潜能为299 mL·g-1VS。此外,一级反应动力学模型可以较好的描述本试验数据。
Steel-mill waste wiling oil (SmWRO) is considered as hazardous substance and treatment cost is very high. Digestion process could not only transform the hazardous substance into activated sludge, but also generate valuable biogas as well It is a multi-benefit way for waste rolling oil disposal. The anaerobic digestion (AD) of waste roiling oil from sheet steel rolling and manufacturing was studied with the septic tank sludge as inoculum at inoculum to substrate ratios (ISRs) of 20/80, 40/60, 60/40 and 80/20 (all expressed as fresh weight basis), respectively. All tests were carried out at mesophilic temperature in batch mode tuning against a control of inoculum without substrate. The changing of biogas production, gas composition, pH and the total volatile fatty acids to total alkalinity (TVFA/TA) ratio of each assay were measured during the anaerobic digestion process. Results indicated that it is feasible to treat this waste oil and generate biogas by use of anaerobic process. Both cumulative biogas yield and biogas production potential increased with the increase of ISR, and the highest biogas potential and biodegradability (BD) were 473 mL·g^-1 VS and 37.26% respectively at ISR of 80/20. In addition, The exponential model could be adopted to describe the experimental data properly.
