摘要
针对异戊二烯原料组成特点,对其提纯精制过程采用工艺流程模拟软件PROII进行分析计算,结果表明通过脱轻组分塔与脱重组分塔组合可得到高品质聚合级异戊二烯,同时采用塔板流体力学计算软件WTray Rating设计优化塔内件的详细结构参数,并运用塔盘强度计算软件TWS1.0完成塔盘及支撑结构的机械强度核算,为高品质聚合级异戊二烯制备提供了完整的工艺、设备解决方案。
According to the characteristics of the raw material composition of isoprene,in this paper the purification process is calculated and analyzed by using the process flow simulation software PROII. The results show that the combination of light component removal column and the heavy component removal column can obtain high quality polymer grade isoprene. At the same time,the tray fluid mechanics calculation software W-Tray Rating is used to design and optimize the detail structure parameters for the internals of two columns. Moreover,the tray weight and strength calculation software TWS1. 0 is applied to check the mechanical strength of trays and supports of the column. This paper provides a complete solution to the purification process and equipment of high purity isoprene preparation.
