摘要
针对传统IC芯片质量检测效率低、合格率低等问题,设计了一套基于模板匹配算法的IC芯片质量视觉检测系统。利用图像采集分析算法和计算机技术,解决了运动控制、光源的选择等关键问题,在Visual C++6.0平台下实现了该系统。它操作界面简洁、可视化,可以高效地完成芯片质量的检测,相比传统的检测方式效率大大提高。
To address the problems of low efficiency, low qualified rate of traditional IC chip detection technology, the author designs a new visual detection system based on template matching algorithm. It uses image acquisition,analysis algorithms and computer technology to solve such crucial issues as the motion control and choice of light source.The system has been implemented in the visual C++ 6.0 environment characterized with simple user interface and visualization. Experimental results show that the new system achieves much hi^her efficiency comlaared with the trndltlnn^l A~*~*;.~ ,~.t._.l^~.
