面向数据过程的机器人3维喷绘作业工艺的设计与优化

Design and Optimization of 3D-Printing Task Based on Data-Process for Printing Robot

摘要 针对3维喷绘机器人喷绘作业,面向从3维喷绘数据到3维喷绘作品的数据过程,设计了一套喷绘作业标准化工艺流程.为了进一步提高3维喷绘作品的喷绘匹配精度,从影响精度的喷墨头角度、机械偏差、喷绘策略3个方面出发,提出3种优化方法,作为优化环节加入到喷绘作业工艺流程中.最后,通过仿真环境下的虚拟运行实验以及实际喷绘作业,验证了该标准化工艺流程的可行性及优化方法的有效性. For the printing task of 3D-printing robot, a standard printing task process is designed based on the data-process from 3D-printing data to 3D-printing works. From three aspects(printhead angle, mechanical error, printing strategy), three optimization methods are proposed to improve the matching accuracy of 3D-printing works. These methods are introduced into the printing process as optimization steps. Through the virtual running in simulation environment and the real 3D-printing task, the feasibility of the 3D-printing process and the validity of the optimization methods are verified.
