摘要
提出了一种基于以太网的红外热像仪设计方案。利用Tau 640红外探测器机芯实现红外信号到电信号的转换,再用以太网模块将探测器输出的图像数据转换为连续的、低延迟的IP数据包,最后经过PC机进行信号处理,最终显示出详细的红外温度图像。该系统数据传输的速率可达1Gb/s,点对点信号传输的距离可达100m。
A design scheme of the thermal infrared camera was designed based on the gigabit ethernet.The conversion of thermal radiation signal to electrical signal was achieved with the utilization of Tau 640.And then,the output image data were converted into a continuous,low-latency IP packet by the ethernet module.Lastly,the detailed infrared temperature images were displayed after the signal processing on the host computer.The data transmission rate and the point-to-point data transmission distance of this system can be able to reach 1Gb/s and 100 m,respectively.
