心肌灌注成像在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中的应用进展

摘要 近年来,心血管疾病尤其是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的发生率和病死率在逐年上升,其根本原因是冠状动脉狭窄引起不同程度的心肌缺血、梗死,因此,缺血心肌的及时检出及再灌注治疗对于冠心病非常重要。心肌灌注成像对于评价冠状动脉狭窄所引起的心肌缺血以及治疗后疗效的评估具有重大意义。该文就国内外文献对心肌灌注成像在冠心病中的应用进展进行综述。 In recent years,the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular disease especially coronary atherosclerotic heart disease have increased,which is fundamentally caused by different degrees of myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction. Therefore it is important to detect the ischemic cardiac muscle promptly and give reperfusion therapy for coronary artery disease. Myocardial perfusion imaging has a great significance for evaluation of myocardial ischemia caused by coronary stenosis and the treatment prognosis. Here is to make a review of the application progress of myocardial perfusion imaging in coronary heart disease in China and abroad.
