电厂污泥处置设备监控系统设计

摘要 城市污水处理厂每天都会产生大量的沉淀污泥,此污泥成分复杂,污染性大,必须加以处理和利用。此方案设计污泥与煤按一定比例进行高温焚烧,实现污泥的减量化、无害化处理,符合环保的要求。可以实现对搅拌设备的远程监控,通过对生产现场数据的采集,完成对煤和污泥的计量、统计和打印,实现报警、联锁保护和变频调速等功能。实践证明,能够满足生产设计的各项性能指标。 The municipal sewage treatment plant produces large amounts of precipitation sludge every day. The composition of sludge is very complex and with high pollution,so it must be processed and be utilized. The paper designs a scheme,in which sludge is mixed with coal in certain percentage at high-temperature,so as to utilize sludge and make it harmless. It meets the environment protection requirements. The control system can achieve remote monitoring of mixing equipment. Through data collecting at production site,it completes measurement of the coal and sludge,data statistics and data printing. It achieves alarm,interlock protection and speed regulation through frequency conversion,etc. Practices have proven that the system can meet the performance indexes of the production design.
