摘要
目的比较膳食干预和常规膳食在肛门疾病术后创面恢复中的疗效。方法分析2007年4月至2010年10月收治的102例肛门疾病患者的临床资料,其中实行膳食干预的49例为试验组,实行常规膳食的53例为对照组。分别比较两组术后创面愈合时间、住院时间、术后并发症。结果两组患者在性别、年龄方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的创面愈合时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的手术并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膳食干预在肛门疾病术后创面恢复中优于常规膳食。
Objective To compare the curative effect of the dietary intervention and general meals in wound recovery after anus diseases surgery. Methods From April 2007 to October 2010, 102 eases patients with anus diseases were operated, and 49 patients underwent dietary in tervention while 53 patients underwent general meals. The wound healing time, hospitalization time and the postoperative complications were compared. Results Gender and age showed no sig nificant difference between test and contrast group(P〈0.05). The wound healing time, hospital ization time in test group were significantly lower than contrast group(P〈0.05). The postopera tive complications showed no significant difference between test and contrast group (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Dietary intervention provides significant advantages over general meals in wound re covery after anus diseases surgery.
