天津港30万吨级原油码头工程外海大型墩台施工工艺 被引量:4

摘要 外海码头施工是一项综合性复杂的施工过程,采取科学合理的施工工艺是施工关键所在。文章以天津港30万t原油码头工程为例,介绍在外海施工环境下,通过对墩台吊底、钢筋连接及特殊墩台等工序的施工工艺优化,保证了工程质量,提高了施工进度,也在一定程度上降低了施工安全和成本风险。 Construction of port structures in open seas is a comprehensive and complex eonstruetion process and the key is to select scientific and reasonable construction technology. Taking the 300 000 t Crude Oil Tenuinal in Tianjin Port for example, tile paper presents that, in open seas, through optimizing the construction teehnologies for hoisting the bottom fnnnwork of the abutment, comleetion of steel-bars and special abutments, the high quality of the project was ensured and the construction progress was much improved, reducing the risk of safety and cost of construction to some extent.
