摘要
目的探究鼻内镜手术治疗患者慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉疗效。方法 196例患者随机分为2组各98例,对照组单纯行鼻内镜下鼻窦开放鼻息肉摘除术,实验组采用鼻内镜下复合手术(鼻内镜下鼻窦开放鼻息肉摘除并鼻中隔矫正和(或)双下甲射频消融骨折转位术)治疗,比较2组疗效。结果经治疗,实验组治疗总有效率为95.92%明显高于对照组单纯行鼻内镜下鼻窦开放鼻息肉摘除术治疗的总有效率82.65%,P<0.05。结论鼻内镜下复合手术对患者产生的伤害小,矫正了鼻腔的异常结构,恢复了正常生理功能,治疗效果好,患者术后的复发概率较低,值得推广。
Objective To explore the endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps effect. Methods 196 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 98 cases in the control group were treated with-endoscopic sinus opening line polyp excision composite experimental group endoscopic surgery （endoscopic removal of polyps and nasal sinuses open correction and/or double fracture under a radiofrequency ablation transposition surgery） treatment, the efficacy of two groups were compared. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery on patients resulting composite damage is small, the correction of the abnormal nasal structure, restoring normal physiological function, the treatment effect is good, the lower the probability of postoperative recurrence, worthy of promotion.
