Encor真空辅助旋切系统在乳腺肿瘤微创术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下Encor真空辅助旋切系统在乳腺肿瘤微创术中的应用。方法 2010年1月至2013年1月经超声引导下Encor微创旋切术治疗的乳腺肿瘤126例疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 126例患者共被切除病灶312个,纤维腺瘤52例,纤维囊性乳腺病44例,瘤样增生18例,导管内乳头状瘤12例。皮下瘀斑7例,血肿形成5例。结论超声引导Encor真空辅助旋切系统具有定位准确,切除完整,切口小,创伤小,恢复快等优点。 Objeetive To investigate the clinical application of ultrasonography-guided. Encor system in the minimally invasive surgery breast tumor. Methods From January 2010 to January 2013, 126 femal patients with breat tumor underwent minmal invasive excision by using a ultrasonography- guided Encor vacunm-assited device and their operative outcomes were retrospectively analyzed. Results Postoperative pathological examination showed fibroadenoma in 52cases,breast hyperplasia in 44cases,breast fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia in 18cases,and intradacted papilloma in 12cases. Postopertive complications included dermal ecchymosis in 7cases and hematoma in 5cases. Conclusions Ultrasonography-guided Encor system has plenty of strong points,such as precise establishment, complete recision,micro cut,no suture,little hurt,fast healing,etc.
