基于DPSIR模型的低碳旅游评价体系的构建及应用 被引量:8

摘要 文章基于DPSIR(驱动力—压力—状态—影响—响应)模型,运用FAHP模糊层次分析法和Delphi法构建了低碳旅游发展的评价体系。通过与PSR(压力—状态—响应)模型以及DSR(驱动力—状态—响应)模型的比较,突出了DPSIR模型在反映各指标间因果、制约、反馈关系等方面的优势。FAHP法避免了传统层次分析法的调整原始判断矩阵以及多次一致性检验,并结合Delphi法,由Matlab软件计算出评价体系中各级指标的权重。最后运用评价体系对陕西商洛进行实证分析显示:商洛市的低碳旅游发展目前处于基本低碳阶段,其在污染物排放和碳排放、管理水平、旅游资源开发等方面的工作较为突出,但在今后的发展中需要协调好政府、企业、旅游者以及当地居民之间的关系,促进各方积极配合低碳旅游的发展。 Based on DPSIR model,the paper uses fuzzy AHP method and Delphi method to construct the evaluation system of low-carbon tourism development.Compared with PSR model and DSR model,DPSIR model has advantages on reflecting the relationships of cause and effect,restriction,response among indexes.Fuzzy AHP method avoids the shortcomings of AHP method which needs to adjust the prime judgment matrix and make several times of consistency texts.And combining this method with Delphi method can work out all the percentages of indexes in different levels by Matlab software.At last the empirical analysis of Shangluo in Shanxi manifests that the city is in basic low-carbon phase now,and it does well in pollution and carbon emission,management,tourism resource development and so on while it still needs to coordinate the relationships among governments,enterprises,tourists and residents so as to make them work together for the development of low-carbon tourism.
