摘要
随着风力发电规模的不断增大,风电并网对电网的电能质量和安全稳定运行造成的影响越来越不容忽视。因此,准确的计算电网风电接入能力是确保风电场并网后整个电网安全可靠运行的前提。根据山东电网风电接入工程的实际需要,我们开发并研究了风电并网仿真与分析系统。该系统基于PSS/E电力系统仿真软件,利用python语言进行二次开发,完成了电网风电接入能力的仿真计算,并对地区电网中风电功率波动特性进行研究,从而为大规模风电并网提供了一套可靠的分析工具。
With the growing of the integrated capacity of wind power,the impacts of wind power integration on power quality and safe operation cannot be ignored any more. Therefore,the premises of the whole power grid safe and reliable operation after wind power integration is accurate calculation of the a-bility of integrating wind power. According to the actual needs of Shandong power grid wind engi-neering,we develop and study the simulation and analysis of the wind power integration. Based on a practical power system of PSS/E and exploiting python,we accomplish the simulation and analysis of the wind power integration and study on the wind power fluctuation characteristic. Thus this system provides a reliable analysis tools for large-scale wind power integration.
