去袋对不同套袋处理柿果品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究柿果在关键生长期去袋1周内内外品质的变化情况,采用外黄内黑双层纸和白色复合纸单层袋于6月25日对富有柿果进行套袋,于10月16日进行去袋,以不去袋为对照,每处理分别在10月17日、10月18日、10月19日、10月21日、10月23日等5个时期进行采摘。结果表明,柿果在关键生长时期去袋后,果实质量、色泽、类胡萝卜素及Vc含量均有一定程度的提高,而果实残次果发生率有一定增加,以双层袋处理较为明显。故建议果农在套袋处理上,选择白色单层袋,且带袋采收。 To study the effects of bag-removing on fruit quality of persimmon in different bagging treatments during the critical growth period within one week , white single-layer composite paper bag and outer yellow and inner black double-layer bag were selected to bag Fuyu persimmon on Jun .25th and bags were removed on Oct .16th, and the treatment without bag-removing was used as the control .Fruits in each treatment were picked on Oct .17th, Oct. 18th, Oct.19th, Oct.21st, Oct.23rd.The results showed that, fruit quality, color, content of carotenoids and Vc were improved after bag-removing in the critical growth period , but defective fruit rate was increased , which was ob-viously observed in the treatment of double-layer bag .According to the results , the treatment of white single-layer composite paper bag in harvest was suggested in production .
