摘要
电气设备耐压试验是检测电气设备承受过电压的能力的主要方法。通过对耐压试验进行模块化处理,研究了一套基于人机交互模式的耐压试验方案设计系统。首先,从耐压试验的目的出发介绍了耐压试验方案需要达到的一些要求及原则;然后按要求进行了方案设计系统的结构设计,针对总体结构中的各具体部分进行人机交互设计并组合;再通过对整个系统结构搭建耐压试验电气回路平台,在进行方案校验的同时自动生成试验报告;最后通过实例验证该系统的可靠性。实例表明,该耐压试验方案设计系统可以完成相关试验要求,可以帮助实现耐压试验的设计自动化。
The electric equipment voltage test is the main way to detect the ability of equipment withstands over- voltage. This paper analyzed the design system of electric equipment voltage test projects based on the human-com- puter interaction mode, through making the system decomposed into several modules. Firstly, this article intro- duced the requirements, principles and the purposes of voltage tested projects. Secondly, the structure design of system has been designed according the requirements and the human-computer interaction design and combination of each specific part of the overall structure has been done. Then setting up the electric circuit of vohage tests, while for checking automatic and generating the test report. At last, the examples demonstrate the reliability of sys- tem. The example shows that, the design system of electric equipment voltage test projects could complete the test requirements and help to realize the design of the voltage test automation.
