摘要
文章在虚拟样机技术的基础上,分析了双横梁高速加工龙门铣床的刚度和变形问题;提出了龙门铣床双横梁系统的设计方法;解决了大跨距龙门铣床刚度低、灵活性差的问题;采用有限元分析技术对高速龙门铣床整机进行静、动态分析,在机床研发阶段对其性能进行了预估,为整机的优化设计和结构改进提供了技术支持。
In this paper,based on virtual prototyping technology dual beams high-speed machining gantry milling machine stiffness and deformation problems are studied.Dual beams system design methods have been proposed to solve the large span gantry milling machine low stiff ess and poor flexibility issue; The static and dynamic characteristics of high-speed gantry milling machine are analyzed by the fmite dement method.Forecast its performance in the research and development stage of the milling machine.Provided technical support for the the machine optimized design and structural improvements.
