摘要
在分析了电解液温度和压力是电解加工过程影响最为显著因素的基础上,开发了一套基于PLC与触摸屏的电解加工辅助控制系统,详细阐述了电解液温度和压力的控制方法以及PLC的控制程序和人机界面。采用一种新的"斜坡比例"控制模型对温度进行控制,采用PID功能指令与A/D、D/A模块结合对压力进行控制,这样能够获得精度高、稳定性好、反应快速的温度和压力,对电解加工有着重要意义。
On the basis of analyzing that electrolyte temperature and pressure are the most noticeable effects on electrochemical machining process,it has developed an auxiliary control system of electrochemical machining process based on PLC and touch screen,elaborated on the control method of electrolyte temperature and pressure and PLC control program and man-machine interface.Using a new "slope-ratio"control model for temperature and PID command in conjunction with A/D、D/A module for pressure control could obtain accuracy、good stability、fast response temperature and pressure,which is of great significance to the electrochemical machining.
