摘要
采用闪蒸工艺预处理垃圾渗滤液中氨氮,主要考察了温度、pH值、真空压力、脱氮剂浓度等参数对氨氮及电导率去除效果的影响。前端处理过程中各指标的平均去除率分别为总硬度97.3%、氨氮5.5%、电导率16.3%。闪蒸工艺在55~60℃、pH值为9.6~9.9、真空压力为10~30 kPa、脱氮剂质量浓度为30~35 mg/L条件下,氨氮的去除率可以达到65%~75%;电导率去除率可以达到20%以上。
Flash evaporation technology was used on pretreatment stage to deal with ammonia nitrogen of landfill leachate, Effects of the temperature, pH, vacuum, denitrification agent and relatively parameters affect removing-ability of ammonia nitrogen and conductivity were mainly investigated. In the first process,Average removal rate of total hardness, ammonia nitrogen and conductivity was 97.3%,5.5% and 16.3%,respectively. Under certain condition(temperature 55 ~ 60 ℃, pH 9.6 ~ 9.9, vacuum degree 10 ~ 30 kPa and denitrogenation agent concentration 30 ~ 35 mg/L, the removing rate of ammonia nitrogen could reach between 65% to 75% and conductivity removal rate more than 20%.
