摘要
图书馆读者服务工作涉及面广,如何满足读者需求是图书馆工作的核心问题。图书馆管理人员要加强自身业务素质的提高,不断学习,树立"读者第一、服务至上"的理念,发挥出本馆图书资源优势,最大限度的满足读者获取信息的需要。
There are many aspects in the reader service in library. How to meet the need of readers is the core problem of the work of library. The managers in library should improve their own qualities, study continually,build the concept of "Reader is the God" so as to bring the book resources' superiority into full play and meet the need of readers as further as possible.
